Refund Policy for Ebony Innovates

Digital program materials follow the i-life.world rule. A delivered file cannot be returned, so completed digital purchases are not refundable once delivered and working, and any file that arrives broken, wrong, or not at all will be replaced or refunded. Print study packs are covered the same way as print books. If a pack arrives damaged, printed wrong, or is the wrong item, email us within thirty days of delivery with a photo of what arrived, and we will replace it or refund it. [DEFAULT: You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back.]

[DEFAULT: Where a program is invoiced and paid, a cancellation before any materials are delivered or sessions are held is refunded in full. Once delivery or the first session has happened, the work already delivered is earned and the remainder is refundable.]

Engagements booked through this site are confirmed in writing, and the cancellation and reschedule terms in that written agreement are the terms that control. [DEFAULT: Where an agreement is silent, the standing terms are these. A date may be moved one time at no cost with at least fourteen days notice. A cancellation at least thirty days out refunds any deposit in full. A cancellation inside thirty days keeps the deposit, because the date was held and other work was turned away. If we ever cancel from our side, every dollar paid for that engagement is refunded or moved to a new date, at your choice.]

Approved refunds on card payments go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
