Terms of Service for Ebony Innovates

This is the speaker and services house. Organizations come here to book Ebony to speak, to arrange training and consulting, and to buy institutional programs and study packs. The personal store, the IF library, and household products live at i-life.world under their own terms.

The contact form opens a conversation. It does not book a date by itself. A speaking engagement, training, or consulting engagement is booked only when both sides have agreed in writing on the date, the work, and the fee, and any deposit terms in that agreement have been met. [DEFAULT: Calendar holds offered in conversation expire if they are not confirmed in writing within seven days.]

Some programs on this site sell by checkout and some by invoice. Payment at checkout is processed by Stripe, and your card number never touches our servers. Invoiced work follows the payment terms written on the invoice. [DEFAULT: Invoices are due within thirty days unless the invoice says otherwise.] A purchase gives the buying organization the materials for its own people and its own rooms. It does not give the right to resell the materials, post them publicly, or teach the framework as its own program.

[DEFAULT: Digital program materials are delivered by email link to the buyer contact. Print study packs are made when ordered and shipped by print partners, most within five to ten business days.] If something arrives damaged or wrong, the Refund Policy covers it.

The four color framework, the books, the decks, the curriculum, and everything else shown or sold on this site belong to Ebony L. Noir and EBONY INNOVATES. Short quotes with credit for reviews, articles, and honest discussion are welcome. Copying the text, reprinting materials, recording a paid session for resale, or using the names and artwork to sell your own products is not.

Talks, training, and consulting share experience, research, and a framework. They are not legal, tax, medical, or licensed financial advice, and no talk or engagement guarantees a business result. Decisions an organization makes after an engagement are its own.

We work hard to describe every program honestly and deliver it well. Our responsibility for any claim connected to this site, a purchase, or an engagement is limited to the amount paid for the product or engagement involved. We are not responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or missed opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that Texas law says cannot be limited. Where an engagement has its own signed agreement, that agreement controls anything it covers that differs from this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. [DEFAULT: Any dispute that cannot be settled by a direct conversation will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.]

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones in place when you bought.
